The Grand Massif finds solutions for Christmas
We have the good news to announce that the ski resorts of Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval belonging to the Grand Massif ski area are equipped with SNOOC Touring (only Morillon for the Christmas holidays 2020).
A rapid reaction to the new directives resulting from deconfinement which impose the non-opening of ski lifts at Christmas. A desire to allow as many people as possible, despite the conditions imposed, to discover the great outdoors
At Christmas I discover the SNOOC Touring
Thanks to the SNOOC zone, in a few minutes you will be able to learn to slide in a fun and safe way. Located on the snow front and without ski lifts, the objective is to reach non-skiers and allow them to discover the joys of skiing.
Then all you have to do is put on your skis (no need for ski boots but only boots), glue the skins and take your poles to go discover the mountain ... and put the seat in your bag!
Arrived at the top or at the highest point of your excursion ... all that remains is to remove the skins and secure your seat ... in a few minutes you're done.
And there I enjoy the descent in a fun and friendly way in complete safety.
A perfect spot in the heart of the Grand Massif
Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval are 2 ideal spots to discover SNOOC Touring. At the heart of the valley there are 2 authentic villages which will welcome you in an exceptional setting.
These 2 stations are attached to the Grand Massif ski area which connects them to Carroz d'Araches, Samoëns and Flaine. A perfect and very diversified domain allowing to discover different panoramas ... the Chablais, the Dents Blanches, the Cheval Blanc ...
They are also large wooded areas, which will allow you to discover natural spaces.
With SNOOC, the Grand Massif has understood the interest of alternative snow sports to welcome new customers who want to discover the great outdoors.
A good way to prepare for the future!
