La Plagne ski resort is one of the best places to practice Snooc in the French Alps

La Plagne is known for its gigantic ski area. Hundreds of kilometers of tracks, crossing forests, sinkholes, glaciers ... With Paradiski, its 425 km of tracks, 70% of which are above 2000 m, the range of possibilities is endless. Explore the 18 fun zones, challenge your friends on a descent and take a "selfie in the air" on the chairlifts. The hardest part is to stop.

Snooc a la Plagne:

La Plagne has chosen to facilitate access to skiing for non-skiers. It is therefore in the center of La Plagne Center, on the snow front accessible by foot that you will find the Snooc initiation spot, on the famous Colorado Luge run. A fun route reserved for sledding and Snooc (Rather reassuring to start).

Logistics side, the Colorado toboggan run is still at the top. A single payment includes the equipment and the ski lift to access the activity, no need to queue for ski passes and then rental. Access to the toboggan run is direct. Best of all, a special queue for faster access to the chairlift that takes you to the top of the toboggan run!

Note that a helmet is mandatory and the track staff will lend you a helmet in your size if you have forgotten yours.

Before heading to the chairlift, collect your Snooc sled. Thanks to the chairlift, you reach the top of the slope without fatigue, 250m higher, where a tracker gives you safety advice, the technique for turning and stopping.

Colorado Park offers more than 1,500 meters of Snooc toboggan descent, with a view of Mont Blanc. A wide winding track particularly suitable for piloting the Snooc takes you to the heart of the mountain.

The descent ends at the foot of the chairlift where you just have to return the equipment.
